advance reading copy
Designed the advance reading copy for Crescent City #1 (temp covers when needed, back covers, interior layout design, and special "fancy" features like belly bands), which is the book (at a pre-publication stage) distributed to media outlets, such as New York Times, Publishers Weekly, Kirkus Reviews; relevant librarians and selected influencers for reviews to generate book buzz and increase sales. I came up with the design for the interior and back cover, belly band, etc. Prepared files to print.
Marketing/brand and video designer for #1 New York Times bestselling author Sarah J Maas.
Worked on the design of the advance reading copies, print materials, promotional items and creative. Also worked on the advertising campaigns of her #1 NYT bestselling series Crescent City, and her new title, sequel of her acclaimed ACOTAR series, A Court of Silver Flames.
For all these I was in charge of the marketing design direction and maintenance of a consistent brand, style, and art direction across every marketing and publicity campaign.
Below there are the different (and my personal favorite) parts of these campaigns showcasing examples for each series.
Augmented Reality filter for Instagram
We wanted to create a filter for Instagram that people would like to use to promote ACOSF at the pre-publication stage and post pub. I was in charge of the art direction, execution and deployment. This filter reached 450.000+ uses (statistics provided by Facebook Spark AR). I used Spark AR software, JavaScript, 3D modeling, and Photoshop (for the mask design, make up, etc.), and I made sure the filter followed a consistent design that matched the book cover and theme, but at the same time I made sure it was an user friendly filter, so people would actually want it in their stories because it would make them look nice, instead of just having an "ad filter" not meant for a daily basis.
print & digital ad campaigns
I worked on a wide variety of advertising campaigns for Bloomsbury's authors, including large scale print billboards and bus shelters displayed in different cities, in-store displays, ads displayed on digital media platforms, or print (and online) magazines or newspapers.
For Sarah J Maas, I overviewed the design of all digital and print ad campaigns for Crescent City and ACOSF (for both pre-pub and post-pub campaigns). I made sure the design was consistent across ad campaigns: same style, color palette, fonts, etc. These campaigns generated 400.000+ impressions, and we collaborated with media outlets like Ingram (print), GoodReads, Shelf Awareness, The Mary Sue, Division D cross-platform, or BuzzFeed to successfully bring campaigns to life. Samples of these campaigns are showcased below.
VIP ticket for ComicCon
Designed the ticket to be printed and handled to those with VIP ticket at ComicCon.

Designed e-blasts to be integrated into the Shelf Awareness newsletter distributed to their 600.000+ subscribers.
social media creative
Designed 150+ creative assets to be published as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter ads. Some for the book pre-pub campaigns and others for post-pub.
